Return & Refund Policy

At Buddy Glow, your pet’s safety and your satisfaction matter to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. 

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn dog vests cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 24 hours.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
